Practice History

In 1932, Attorney R.K. Millstein left the services of the United States Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation where he reported to Director John Edgar Hoover to establish a private practice. His work was later continued by his son Stephen S. Millstein, and grandson, Mark R. Millstein. The Millstein Law Offices has flourished with the mission to provide affordable and quality legal services for three generations.

Mark Millstein is a Maryland attorney practicing in the area of general litigation, personal injury, family matters, employment fair practices and civil rights, criminal defense, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Since 1999, Mr. Millstein has been a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, United States District Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Millstein has successfully prosecuted and defended civil and criminal cases before the Judges and Juries of Maryland’s State and Federal Courts since 1999.
