In 1932, Attorney R.K. Millstein left the services of the United States Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation where he reported to Director John Edgar Hoover to establish the Millstein Law Offices. R.K.’s work was continued by his son Stephen S. Millstein, who was an authority on trial advocacy and worked for the Millstein Law Office in criminal defense and general litigation. Connie L. Kennedy, Mark Millstein’s mother, was an advocate of affordable health care delivery services for the uninsured throughout Maryland for greater than forty years. Mark Millstein has managed the office since 2000. The Millstein Law Office has flourished with the mission to provide affordable and quality legal services for three generations of attorneys.
